The state visit of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, To Lam, to Azerbaijan has concluded.
A guard of honour was lined up at Heydar Aliyev International Airport to mark the departure of the distinguished guest, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
To Lam and his spouse, Ngo Phuong Lien, were seen off by First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov, Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov, and other officials.
