Turkish defence firm Baykar has conducted successful live-fire tests of the Bayraktar TB3, an advanced combat drone featuring foldable wings.
The tests, which took place during the ongoing DENİZKURDU-2025 military exercises, saw the third and fourth prototypes of the Bayraktar TB3—designated PT-3 and PT-4—launch from the TCG Anadolu, a Turkish amphibious assault ship, Caliber.Az reports.
According to Baykar's official statement on X, the drones fired MAM-L munitions with pinpoint accuracy, demonstrating the platform's operational capabilities.

The drones were equipped with ASELSAN's ASELFLIR-500 electro-optical system, which is designed for reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition.
The demonstration highlights the increasing sophistication of Türkiye's drone technology and its growing capabilities in modern warfare, particularly in precision strikes from sea-based platforms.
