"Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will not meet with any Russian officials in Istanbul other than Vladimir Putin," said Mykhailo Podolyak, Adviser to the Head of the Ukrainian President’s Office, during a broadcast of The Breakfast Show, APA reports.
“A lower-level bilateral meeting in Istanbul would be meaningless,” Podolyak added.
