Elshan Ibrahimov, the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Moscow region, is being deported from Russia.

In a conversation with APA's Moscow correspondent, Elshan Ibrahimov confirmed that he is currently at Sheremetyevo Airport and has been deported from Russia.
