US President Donald Trump and Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani signed a joint declaration on bilateral cooperation.
Axar.az reports that an agreement was also signed between the US and Qatar in the fields of defense and aviation.
According to the document, Qatar will purchase aircraft from Boeing for Qatar Airways. The agreement envisages the purchase of 160 aircraft, for which the US company will be paid $200 billion.
It should be noted that Trump is on an official visit to Doha.
