Fire in Ankara high-rise kills three, including infant

A fire broke out on the fourth floor of a 26-storey residential building in the Çankaya district of the Turkish capital Ankara, claiming the lives of three people, including a 3.5-month-old infant.

The blaze also left 20 residents suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning, Caliber.Az reports, citing Turkish media.

Local authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
