Turkiye can host talks in all formats to stop the war in Ukraine.
Axar.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this during a meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in Ashgabat.
The Turkish leader said that a limited ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine would be beneficial in terms of strikes on energy facilities and ports.
