In January–May 2026, Azerbaijan imported cocoa and cocoa preparations worth $62.3 million, down 2.6 percent compared to the same period last year.
According to the State Customs Committee, during the reporting period, the country exported cocoa and cocoa preparations worth $7.5 million, marking a 41.3 percent increase year-on-year.
Exports of cocoa and cocoa preparations accounted for 0.05 percent of Azerbaijan’s total exports, while imports made up 0.91 percent of the country’s total imports during the reporting period.
