The welcoming ceremony for heads of state and government attending the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit has begun in Bishkek.
Axar.az reports that Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov is welcoming the summit participants at the Yrys Ordo Congress Center.
Following the ceremony, the next meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO member states will be held, followed by a meeting in the “SCO Plus” format.
