Azerbaijan’s female wrestler becomes European champion

Azerbaijani female wrestler Gunay Gurbanova has become a two-time European champion after winning the U20 European Championships held in Caorle, Italy.

Axar.az reports She claimed the title in the women’s 59kg final by defeating Turkish Sevim Akbas with a score of 9-1.
