The biggest and most anticipated youth festival of Azerbaijan "Summer Fest" has started its work again this year in a different and fun format.
Axar.az informs that the festival in the format of a tent camp is supported by the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "IDEA" Public Union, COP29 Chairmanship, Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations Union, Azerbaijan Voluntary Organizations Union, "CAVAN" Youth Movement Public Union and "Young Volunteers". It is held in Shamakhi with the joint organization of Public Union.
The festival, which has been organized since 2019, will last for two months and will consist of a series of camps covering various topics. As in previous years, eight consecutive camps are planned to be held according to thematic topics this year.
More than 2,000 young people are expected to participate in this festival, and all the necessary conditions for the camp participants have been created by the organizers.
It should be noted that on July 15, within the framework of the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World", "Together for a greener future!" The first camp of this year's "Summer Fest" has been started. First of all, the participants of the camp visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev erected in Shamakhi district and laid flowers in front of it.
The official opening ceremony of the camp was attended by state officials, leaders of youth organizations and media representatives.
