The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is rebuilding its activities in the Karabakh region. Our activities in those areas will be carried out from the Barda office and we will continue to support people in need.
Axar.az reports that Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the ICRC's Azerbaijan representation, said these words in a statement.
It should be noted that yesterday the Armenian representation of the ICRC announced that the Khankendi branch of the Red Cross was transferred to Barda.
