Residents in Moscow, Astrakhan, Volgograd, St. Petersburg, Vologda, Chelyabinsk, and other Russian regions have encountered problems accessing Azerbaijani news websites.
In particular, websites belonging to Global Media Group—Report.az, Oxu.az, and Caliber.az—are inaccessible via both Wi-Fi and mobile internet. Access issues have also been reported for other Azerbaijani news portals, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
Furthermore, websites with the ".az" domain have been blocked across Russia for more than a week. An exception is observed on devices connected to Wi-Fi networks and desktop computers.
