Iranian general: 196 Israeli planes and UAVs shot down in 12-day war

Iran's Air Defense has shot down 196 Israeli aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the 12-day war, said Brigadier General Reza Khajeh, Deputy Commander of the Iranian Army's Air Defense Forces for Operations, APA reports, citing Tasnim.

He noted that at least 33 countries assisted Israel during the conflict.
