Azerbaijan’s U-21 national football team has drawn 1-1 with the Czech Republic in a European Championship qualifying match in Baku.

Axar.az reports that Rashad Eyubov’s side hosted the Czech team at Bank Respublika Arena.

Filip Lissa put the visitors ahead before Azerbaijan’s Eshqin Ahmadov scored the equalizer.

Azerbaijan U-21 will next face Scotland away on September 30 before hosting Gibraltar on October 6 in Group B.
