Interpol-wanted Austrian drug trafficker Elias Bensoltane has been arrested in Turkiye.
Axar.az reports, citing Turkish media, that Bensoltane was detained during a joint operation by Turkiye’s National Intelligence Organization (MIT) and Istanbul narcotics police at his home in the Yenishehir district of Mersin.
He is considered one of the key figures in Austria’s largest drug trafficking network.
