Russia and China should jointly defend the results of World War II and the principles of the post-war world order.
Axar.az reports that this idea was expressed by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin.
"The Chinese and Soviet people fought bravely, suffered heavy losses, and defeated militaristic Japan and fascist Germany, making a significant contribution to the cause of peace. Today, 80 years later, we must jointly defend the results of World War II, as well as the principles of the post-war world order," he stressed.
