Russia, North Korea seek fresh impetus for cooperation, FM says

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said Moscow and Pyongyang are looking to give fresh momentum to bilateral cooperation and strengthen coordination on regional and international security issues.

Speaking during talks with North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui in Moscow, Lavrov noted that the two sides should explore ways to deepen cooperation through bilateral channels and enhance coordination on regional and global security matters, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.

"Our task today is to see what additional impetus we can give to cooperation, both through bilateral channels and on issues of regional and international security," Lavrov emphasised.
