Israeli occupation forces advanced on Saturday evening into the Tel al-Ahmar al-Sharqi area in the southern countryside of Syria’s Al Qunaitra province, where they established positions inside prefabricated structures on a hilltop.
Axar.az reports, SANA, the incursion involved a force equipped with two tanks, two vehicles, and a Humvee.
The troops entered the site and occupied prefabricated rooms that had been brought to the area earlier.
On the same day, another Israeli force entered the northern countryside of AL-Qunaitra, where it set up a temporary checkpoint on the Taranja–Mazare‘ al-Amal road, briefly inspecting civilians before withdrawing.
SANA stated that the Israeli occupation continues to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria.
